Quikar may collect:

- Business data entered by the Client.
- Technical information required for system operation, security, and improvement.
3. Use of Information
Collected information is used to:
- Provide and maintain Quikar services.
- Manage accounts and subscriptions.
- Provide technical support.
- Improve software performance, security, and features.
Quikar does not use Client data for unauthorized purposes.
4. Data Ownership
The Client owns all business data entered into Quikar. Quikar only processes and stores this data to provide the contracted software services.
5. Data Security
Quikar applies appropriate security measures to protect Client information from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.
Clients are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and managing user access.
6. Data Storage & Deletion
Client data is stored while the subscription is active.
After cancellation or termination, data may be kept for up to three (3) months. After this period, Quikar may permanently delete the data and will not be responsible for recovery.
7. Data Sharing
Quikar does not sell or share Client data for commercial purposes.
Data may only be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to operate and secure the service.
8. Policy Updates
Quikar may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. Clients will be informed of important changes through official communication channels.
By using Quikar, the Client agrees to this Privacy Policy.
